College Arms is now owned and operated by West Chester University, and managed by the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services.
College Arms is not available to incoming first-year students. Availability is limited for transfer and graduate students.
Occupancy agreements terms are for a full year (August – July) and are renewable.
Applications are available at the Office of Residence Life & Housing Services, 202 Lawrence Center.
The Bursar’s Office will accept $200.00 deposits.
Priority consideration will be given to those students who have submitted a complete application and $200 deposit.
Apartment assignments will be made until all spaces are filled. Currently there are only limited spaces available in 3- and 4- person units.
