Project Lemonade
From time to time, WCU is visited by speakers who wish to condemn homosexuality and other issues that they deem deviant. Although they have the right to speak their views, LGBTQA Services has created a way to combat this hate speech with something positive - "making lemonade from lemons."
Campus community members can donate money during these visits to create, at a later date, more positive programming on campus. For more information about Project Lemonade or to donate, please contact Jackie Hodes.
