UNIVERSITY JUDICIAL BOARD
The University Judicial Board is comprised of faculty members,
administrators, and student representatives. The
University Judicial Board is convened at the request of a
referred student. Each board is comprised of one
professional staff or faculty member and two student members.
All three members have equal involvement in hearing disciplinary
cases and rendering decisions.
Students interested in applying for the University Judicial
Board should click here. Applicants must be in
good academic standing and free of any disciplinary
restrictions. Training is required prior to serving on a
case.

UNIVERSITY APPEALS BOARD
The University Appeals Board is comprised of members of the
University Judicial Board. The purpose of the Appeals
Board is to review judicial decisions when a student submits a
petition for appeal. In these cases, the referred student
has been held responsible for violations of the Code of Conduct
resulting in a disciplinary sanction of Loss of Housing,
Suspension, or Expulsion. A board comprised of one
student, one professional staff members, and one faculty member
convene in a closed session and render a decision in the
matter.
