UNIVERSITY APPEALS BOARD

The University Appeals Board is comprised of members of the University Judicial Board.  The purpose of the Appeals Board is to review judicial decisions when a student submits a petition for appeal.  In these cases, the referred student has been held responsible for violations of the Code of Conduct resulting in a disciplinary sanction of Loss of Housing, Suspension, or Expulsion.  A board comprised of one student, one professional staff member, and one faculty member convene in a closed session and render a decision in the matter.
