- Call ahead to make an appointment. (610-436-2509 or ext. 2509 if on campus)
- Walk-ins are seen according to priority of illness and availability of appointments, not time of arrival. All walk-ins will be evaluated by a triage nurse.
- Make your appointment when class is not scheduled.
- Allow at least 1 hour for the appointment. The need for pharmacy and laboratory services may extend your time.
- Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.
- Call to cancel if you are unable to make the appointment. If you do not cancel an appointment for an annual gynecological exam or a nutrition counseling session you will be charged $10.00. Call ext. 2509 to cancel an appointment.
- Use your waiting time well: bring schoolwork or reading, use the computer in the waiting room, or read the health literature provided.
