The Counseling Center will be open for currently enrolled students who present with emotional and/or vocational issues when classes are in session..

TRIAGE HOURS

Students can walk in during open triage hours Monday through Friday between 1 and 3 p.m. and have a brief (15 - 20 min.) session with a psychologist to determine their level of need.

All students must arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork!

There is no charge for a triage assessment or counseling with a psychologist at the Counseling Center.

For ongoing clients, the WCU Counseling Center is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Note: The Counseling Center is closed when classes are cancelled or delayed, such as on snow days.
