The Center is administered by a full time Director and two full time Teachers. Each Teacher is required to have a minimum of two years teaching experience and a four year degree in the field of Education and/or Child Development. 

Student aides are used in the classroom to help support the teaching staff. They are employed through the Financial Aid Student Employment program or hired by the Center with funding by SSI.  Aides are also available through the various practicum programs detailed in Section III, Training and Observation Site.

All staff must meet the PA State Guidelines as stated in the PA Code, Public Welfare, Section 3270.
