Registration and Enrollment
A registration packet is available upon request via email to the director or by visiting the Center during its hours of operation.
The packet includes the following forms that need to be completed upon enrollment:
- Registration and Background Information
- Emergency Contact/Parental Consent Agreement
- Child Health Appraisal- signed by physician within the last year & updated yearly
- Parent Schedule
Enrollment for each semester begins when the Registrar's Office releases the new schedule of courses. Children currently enrolled in the Center have the opportunity to pre-register for the next semester. Parents and children are encouraged to visit the facility prior to enrollment. Children with special needs may be accommodated. |
