Scholarships Provided by Landlords

Mr. and Mrs. John O’Connell, owners of West Chester Off-Campus Housing, are offering four (4) $1000 tuition-based scholarships to West Chester University students who reside in one of their properties and meet qualifications.   The scholarship will be awarded in December of each year.
