Faculty/Staff Reservations

Are you a faculty/staff member looking to book space in Sykes Union? Great! Please email Srightmer@wcupa.edu for a username and password to use R25! Are you a faculty/staff member looking for space outside of Sykes? Please contact Space Management at (610) 436-2252, or email smacmgr@wcupa.edu.

Student Organization Reservations

Are you a member of a student organization that’s recognized through SGA? Great! You can book campus space. All student organization requests for space anywhere on campus (inside or outside of Sykes) start the same way- with our room reservation software called R25.

Reserving space through R25

All reservations can be made online though the website sykesevents.wcupa.edu. You can also use that link to see what is happening on campus! To submit a reservation request, you will need a login (different from your wcupa.edu login). But before you get that login, we want to make you aware of how to use R25 and the policies regarding the use of space of campus.

Special Event Policies

To Get a R25 Username/Password

 

After you have read the program planning guide and watched the above presentations, please take the short reservation policy quiz. Your results will be emailed to us and username and password will be created and emailed to you within 24 business hours. Please note, that if you get too low a score, Sykes Administration reserved the right to have you retake the quiz in order to receive your username/password.

 

Assignment of Space


Reservations are confirmed on a space available basis. Groups will be assigned to space based on the information listed on the form. Sykes Union reserves the right to reassign rooms to best accommodate all groups.

If you plan to use an audio, video, computer or any other equipment please inform us when you reserve a room.
