according to federal statute. Exceptions are made only when adequate
documentation of extenuating family circumstances exist. If none of the
circumstances outlined apply to your situation, do not complete this form.

entrance interview and prior to signing
of the Perkins Master Promissory Note. Beginning in July - the Master Promissory Note (MPN) will be available 48 business hours after the loan is accepted at MYWCU. Students must 1) Accept the loan, 2) Complete the entrance interview @ www.mappingyourfuture.org and 3) Complete and submit the Ack/Ref BEFORE signing the MPN.. |

Academic and merit scholarships, for incoming freshmen are initiated by the Admissions Office, via the admissions process. From time to time the financial aid office receives, distributes and collects various scholarship applications.
In addition, from time to time, we receive information regarding other resource opportunities on campus as well as off campus. This information is available in the Scholarship Binder located in the financial aid office. |

To apply for Federal Work study - you must indicate your interest in work
study by your response to question #31 on the (FAFSA) AND complete a
2009-2010 West Chester
University Student Employment Application. The priority deadline for the student employment application is March 1st. All positions have been filled at this times. Applications will be made available when and if vacancies are available.

This worksheet is used to report unusual circumstances that
affect your family's ability to contribute money to the cost of your
education i.e. high medical expenses, child care, unusual debts
etc...This worksheet is used to report a reduction
of the household (parental/student) income for the calendar year following the actual calendar year's income used. Ex. 2009-2010 uses 2008 income, the worksheet is used to report 2009 "anticipated" income.
Students that submit this form will be selected for "verification" and must provide any/all requested materials.
