- Always ask questions.
- Keep a copy of all completed forms and applications.
- Respond to all University inquiries promptly and accurately. An incomplete aid file can result in a reduction or loss of aid.
- Include your name West Chester ID on all correspondence.
- Maintain and open line of communication with the Financial Aid Office. We need to know about changes in your financial, enrollment or housing status.
- Remember to re-apply for financial aid each year and track the deadline dates for scholarship and other financial aid materials.
