The role of the Business Systems Analysts is to provide quality and timely business solutions via technology optimizations that enhance the effectiveness of the Finance and Business Services Division in serving the customers, clients, and stakeholders of West Chester University.
It is our goal to:
• Provide exceptional service by understanding the business needs of our customers,
• Provide timely/effective solutions
• Communicate effectively with all customers
• Provide customers with convenient, appropriate, and secure access to information and services.

SAP Financial System Support, Database Development, Web Development, Data Mining, Financial Systems Training, Report Development, Presentation Development, Microsoft Office Application Support, Business Continuity, Information Assurance, TMA Materials Inventory Managment, Card Systems Support
