Policy Governing Student Services Incorporated (SSI) Accounts

SSI will maintain an account for any University event, club and/or organizations when so directed by the President of the University or the Vice President for Administration and Finance.

Authorization to establish an account must be made in writing and the terms and conditions for the use of all monies deposited in any account shall be kept on file in the SSI Office and reviewed annually by the Vice President for Administration and Finance.

All SSI accounts shall be subject to external audits.

Funds deposited in SSI are subject to the policies of SSI.
