Students Organize Help for Haiti
Student Steve Bertil, who has relatives affected by the earthquake in Haiti, felt compelled to help, but helplessly far away. His fraternity brother, Orrin White, stepped in to take the lead in organizing a day-long benefit to raise relief money.

Wireless Only in New Residence Halls
West Chester is one of only a handful of U.S. universities to “cut the cord” and go exclusively wireless for the LAN (local area networks) in Allegheny and Brandywine residence halls.

Dorm Demolition: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Two residence halls -- Sanderson, built in 1970 and Ramsey, built in 1967 -- were razed this winter. Much of the buildings’ contents and infrastructure were recycled.
