Right To Know (Open Records)
Requests for public records from West Chester University of Pennsylvania of the State System of Higher Education under the Right-to-Know Law, as amended, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 et seq., are subject to the guidelines of the Right-to-Know Policy.

Requests for information under the Right-to-Know Law must be submitted in writing to the designated Open Records Officer. A Right-to-Know Request Form has been developed to assist the public in making a request.
