QuikPAY is an electronic system for all students to view their bills, print their bills and make payments online. Through the QuikPAY system, an email will be sent to each student's official WCU email address and any authorized users email address every time a new bill or statement is available.
The monthly eBill is a web-based presentation of your Bursar student bill or statement. It represents a snapshot in time of that bill.
Your Account Summary displays your complete account history - it is updated every night to display transactions that have occurred in the previous 24 hours.
NelNet is providing QuikPAY, a hosted automatic billing and payment processing service. Our contract with them ensures that the processes are compliant with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB) Act.
West Chester University believes that security is a very important factor in providing eBilling and E-payment services. The technical architecture/security of the QuikPAY service uses intrusion detection and firewall systems to protect the network.
The University decided to move to automated billing and payment processing for several reasons, among them time and money savings. The QuikPAY service is available worldwide, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. There are no checks, envelopes or stamps needed to make a payment. Additional benefits include viewable billing and payment history as well as convenient access for authorized payers whom the students set up. Institution administrative costs for printing and postage are also reduced.
The electronic bill is ADA (American Disability Act) compliant and is accessible to students with disabilities.

Credit card, checking and savings account information from a bank within the United States can be entered at the QuikPAY website and payments will be transferred electronically to West Chester University. You will have the option to have the site retain your bank account information or you may enter it each time you make an online payment.
Authorized users will only be able to view their own payment and bank information. Each authorized user is assigned a separate password for added security and privacy.
The University currently accepts Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. If paying with a credit card, a convenience fee of 2.75% will be accessed by our vendor. You will receive two charges on your card; one for West Chester University and one for the convenience fee from our vendor.
Paying electronically is the preferred bill payment method but it is optional. You may send payments by mail or pay in person at the Office of the Bursar. To send a check or money order through the mail to our payment processing center, please print a copy of the PDF bill, detach the bottom portion of the statement and mail it with your payment. Checks should be made payable to West Chester University of PA.
You can use the QuikPAY service from any Macintosh or PC running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer, or Netscape Navigator 6.0 or newer.
The University does not currently accept payment from foreign bank accounts.
Students will receive an email notification to their WCU email account with a link to the QuikPAY website where their WCU ID number and password are used for authentication. Students can also access their account through myWCU. Upon login, students can view the bill, set up and store bank account information, pay the bill electronically, and print paper copies.
People other than the student may have the ability to view the bill as an authorized users. Students must set up authorized users in the system. Students will login to the QuikPAY website via myWCU and select ‘Authorize Payer’ on the navigation bar.
Follow the online instructions to create a user name and temporary password for each authorized user. (The temporary password must be changed by the authorized user when he or she first logs in to the site.) Authorized users will receive an automated email notification with the login name informing them that they have been authorized. The student will provide the password to the authorized useer. Each billing cycle, both the student and authorized useers will receive an email notifying them that the eBill has been sent. Students and Authorized Users receive a link in their email that takes them directly to the QuikPAY login page.
Once the authorized user is established by the student, they can make payments through Make Payment, an optional feature of our new system. No one else will be able to view a payee’s confidential account information, not even the student. In the interest of security and privacy, each authorized user is assigned a separate PIN number to access their account and payment history.
Authorized users can print the bill and send a check or money order through the mail to our payment processing center.
Students who forget their password must contact the IT Help Desk in Anderson Hall.
Authorized Users must contact their student who must then reset authorized users password.
