John Kim is a Physics teacher at Conestoga High School of Tredyffrin/Easttown School District.

John was inspired to complete the College of Education Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurial Education program in hopes of experiencing something new. After over fifteen years of teaching, he felt almost too comfortable in the classroom and wanted to be challenged. Unlike any other graduate courses Kim has taken, the instructors of the Entrepreneurial Education program motivated him. Eventually he felt inspired and driven to develop his own website to engage students. On this site http://physics3310.wikispaces.com/ honors students can find homework, tests, and notes to work with in a flexible schedule.

Lanny Schwartz is a Chemistry teacher at Garden Spot High School of Eastern Lancaster County School District.

Schwartz took several courses of the Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurial Education program. The course he took in problem-based learning inspired him to lead collaboration in interdisciplinary instruction for students at his school. He applied what he learned in his 21st Century Educator Externship at Reading’s Goggle Works - an incubator for community arts education, collaborations and organizations - to merge chemistry and arts ideas and content into high school courses he teaches.
