Ellie Holcombe

Ellie Holcombe

Ellie is currently a senior at WCU where she is an Early Grades Preparation Major with a Reading Minor. She grew up in Northern Virginia where she attended Annandale High School. Ellie is involved in a variety of education clubs and organizations on campus as well as University Ambassadors. She plans to become an elementary school teacher and to do lots of traveling in the future.

Amanda Sloan

Katie Bringman

My name is Katie Bringman and I'm from Clayton, Delaware. I'm a junior Communicative Disorders Major with an intended minor in Psychology. I'm heavily involved with University Ambassadors and the College Republicans on campus. I transferred to West Chester in the fall of 2012 from community college. From the moment I saw this campus I fell in love. Even on that dreary day, students were still bustling around looking as happy as ever. This school has such a sense of community I couldn't help but feel welcomed here. I knew West Chester was the place for me right away.

Amanda Sloan

Lauren Ardente

My name is Lauren Ardente and I am a senior, mathematics major at West Chester University. I am from Limerick, Pennsylvania and attended Spring-Ford Senior High School where I was also a Golden Ram. I will be receiving two degrees when I graduate in December 2014; one in Mathematics Secondary Education and one in Mathematics with a concentration in Finance. Here at West Chester I am involved in University Ambassadors, University Avenue Math Club, and Pi Mu Epsilon. In the past I have participated in the Best Buddies Organization, Habitat for Humanity, and intramural sports.

Ashley Williams

Ashley Williams

For University Ambassadors I am the Events Coordinator so hopefully I'll see some new faces at our events this year. I am super friendly and outgoing so if you see me around campus be sure to say hi!

Kevin Weick

Kevin Weick

I am junior marketing major from Ivyland, Pennsylvania. I stay involved at WCU by being a University Ambassador, the events coordinator of the marketing club, and I also have an on-campus job at the WCU Foundation. My favorite thing about WCU is the small town atmosphere and being close to home.

Sara Dresden

Sara Dresden

Hi, my name is Sara Dresden and I am a senior at West Chester University. I will be graduating this coming May with a degree in Middle Grades Preparation, with subject concentrations in Science and Social Studies. I am from West Chester, Pennsylvania. Since starting at West Chester I have joined many clubs including the Astronomy Club and University Ambassadors where I am now a team leader. When I’m not working on my school work you can find me volunteering at local elementary schools with their after school programs and giving tours at the University, Thursday afternoons at 2:30.

Emily Wisniewski

Emily Wisniewski

I have always liked being involved. That was why, when I stepped onto campus for the first time as a freshman to study English education, I knew that I was going to be just as involved here at WCU as I was in high school. I joined the marching band, became a Sister of Tau Beta Sigma, started teaching group fitness at the Rec Center, and enjoyed getting to meet potential students when working with the Student Ambassador program. Sometimes school can get a little crazy, but I have always enjoyed myself on campus and I wouldn’t want to change anything about my experience. What can I say, I’m a proud Ram!
