Organizations must continuously adapt to meet the demands of a dynamic and increasingly complex environment. To this end, successful organizations must possess the means to track present performance, forecast future environmental demands, and modify structure and practices as needed. The Center for Organizational Effectiveness (COE) is a consulting and applied research center based at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. The COE offers specialized training and consulting in managerial development, organizational assessment, change management, and applied research. The mission of the Center for Organizational Effectiveness is to work in partnership with organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to maximize their effectiveness.
