The Broad purpose of research in Applied Psychophysiology is to develop a further understanding of the intricate dynamic between mind and body.  This can be accomplished through  the use of sensitive bio-physical monitoring equipment such as: ECG (cardiogram), EEG (electroencephalogram),  Heart Rate Variability, SpO2 (blood oxygenation), BP, Respiration and  Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) also known as electro-dermal response (EDR).

Areas of current research focus are:

  • The Examination of Physiologic Response to a Subliminal Emotive Message- Nearing Completion!!
  • The Use of Skin Conductance Measurement for Identification of  Full Return to Baseline Wakefulness Post Trance

Future Research Concentration:

  • High Frequency (16Khz and above) Audio Stimulation and its Effect on Brain Wave Entrainment
