Nutrition*

 

* For students without undergraduate training in the nutrition and dietetics field, the following prerequisite courses must be completed prior to acceptance to the nutrition concentration: C or better in an introductory nutrition course, one year of anatomy/physiology, organic and biochemistry.  
Intended for Registered Dietitians, individuals with an undergraduate degree in nutrition, or an advanced degree in a health-related field.  Provides graduates with a strong background in the practice of public health and prepares students for careers in public health and nutrition (see Nutrition)
