Graduates of the environmental health program are qualified to obtain a variety of entry-level positions with industry; consulting firms; and local, state, or federal governmental agencies. A majority of environmental health graduates have worked in the environmental field after graduation. The remaining have chosen to work in other disciplines. The demand for entry level environmental professional who are both well grounded in the sciences and effective oral and written communicators continues to be strong.
