Be aware of the following!

  • The Teacher Education Office is not permitted to print student test score reports.
  • As of January 1, 2010, qualifying Praxis scores will be based on a candidate's overall GPA at program completion.  Please review the information on the Pennsylvania Department of Education website: Testing Requirements for Certification in Pennsylvania

  • Registration is done through the ETS Website, not West Chester University.
  • Score results will be available - online only - approximately 1 month after the test administration.  Free for one year, anything after will incur an ETS fee.
  • Cell phones, BlackBerry devices, PDAs and/or any other electronic or photographic devices are not permitted at the test center at all. If you bring such devices to the test center, you will be dismissed from the test, your registration and test fees will be forfeited and your scores will be canceled. Test center staff are not permitted to collect and/or store devices.
