Confidentiality Statement
With the exception of the Academic Development Program, the Learning Assistance and Resource Center does not provide student information to anyone, including faculty members, unless directed by students.
All employees of the Learning Assistance and Resource Center agree to the following Employee Confidentiality Statement:
"As an employee of the Learning Assistance and Resource Center, I may have access to confidential information, such as grades, student records, test results, student progress in class, and similar data. I may also have verbal or written communication with my supervisor, professors, the director, and staff of the Academic Development Program or the director and staff of the Office of Services for Students with Disabilities. These data and communications should remain confidential."
