Executive Director

Phillip K. Duncan, Ph.D., BCBA, is Professor of Psychology at West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He earned his M.A. in Behavioral Clinical and Community Psychology from Western Michigan University, and his Ph.D. in the Experimental and Applied Analysis of Behavior from the University of Florida. Dr. Duncan is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Duncan taught at Drake University, before moving to West Chester University in 1983. His teaching and research focuses on behavioral analysis and performance improvement with both individuals and organizations.
