ResNet Employment

ResNet Senior Consultant (RSC)
The Senior Consultant (Graduate Assistant or experienced Consultant) is the office and helpdesk coordinator.  Senior Consultants can fill-in on the helpdesk and perform field support when needed.  The RSC makes sure that the helpdesk is staffed during posted hours, and consultants are available for field support.
Residential Helpdesk Consultant (RHC)
The ResNet Central Helpdesk provides quality first level technical support to the ResNet community.  The Helpdesk is charged with effectively resolving or referring problems and ensuring the best possible service.
ResNet Consultant (RC)
ResNet Consultants provide field support for students in resident halls (second level support for the helpdesk).  Consultants provide network connectivity and computer troubleshooting.
