The Human Resources' Office of Training and Organizational Development provides learning options that fit your needs and time constraints. Ask about our face to face or virtual conferences, seminars, pre-recorded videos and teleseminars, online learning, and the WCU Excellence Radio Show. We also offer great staff meeting starters and train-the-trainer programs where you become the facilitator.
Our customers consist of not only WCU employees, but also employees from other PASSHE schools and outside organizations, universities, and companies. Our services include retreats, training, on-boarding, business coaching, process and performance consulting, leadership development, speakers bureau, and event management.
