WCU Rolls Out New Management PPPMI for 2013-14

Human Resources is pleased to introduce an updated Planning and Performance Management Instrument (PPPMI) to be used for the upcoming 2013-14 cycle by all non-represented employees (managers).  Highlighted enhancements to this resource include:

  • Fewer “Performance Objectives” to allow managers to focus on major goals and connect them to the new strategic “themes”;
  • Improved rating system and definitions;
  • Strengthened definitions of “Performance Factors” to be relevant across all management levels;
  • Updated and embedded instructions and definitions, and scroll-over content boxes, dropdown boxes, and “look-ups” for improved clarity and consistency; and
  • Improved opportunity to highlight and communicate employees’ strength, remedial needs, and growth opportunities.
