The Office of Training and Organizational Development is here to educate, enrich and empower you with new knowledge and skills so that you can continue to strive for excellence. Because of the changing landscape, priorities, and people’s faces, we are constantly reminded of the importance of maintaining relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving our goals, and taking care of our health.  This semester we have more than instructor led programming to offer. Pre-recorded teleseminars, webinars, and e-newsletters are all geared towards enhancing communication, leadership, productivity and overall job satisfaction. We continue to offer individualized coaching sessions and customized team programming so that learning can be applied to all aspects of your work.  For the first time, we are offering our programming to all 14 state schools. While this is an honor to be a part of this taskforce, WCU employees will reap the rewards in the near future with collaborative initiatives. Having said this, the services we provide to you will not be sacrificed, and we will continue to be seen as a value added service for WCU employees and our community.
