TLC provides 100's of business/personal skills courses and over 200 desktop computer skills courses, in a self paced, online environment. Also available is The Leadership Development Channel (LDC), a collection of over 1000 video clips from industry leaders addressing a variety of topics (most lasting 1-10 minutes each.)  

This diverse library of content can be accessed from any computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  It is free of charge to WCU employees. Courses and associated components can be used as reference tools to help answer day-to-day on the job questions or as part of one’s personal development, and is intended  to complement other on and off campus learning opportunities.
