SCOTT SHERMAN, WCU’s Director of Organizational Development, brings over 25 years of human resource, leadership, supervisory, performance, consulting and coaching experience. He helps departments, their leaders and employees maximize performance and effectiveness. Scott received his Certified Professional Coach designation from the acclaimed International Coach Academy and his bachelor and master’s degrees in Industrial and organizational Psychology and Business from Penn State and West Chester University. MOLLY NECE, WCU’s Senior Internal Consultant, brings over 15 years of public speaking experience with over 50 keynotes and workshops to choose from. This year, Molly was recognized as Main Line Today Magazine's Top 24 Women on the Move and has been featured on 95.7 BEN FM as their Woman of the Week. In addition, Molly has published six books and is often found inspiring businesses and schools throughout the area to reach their peak performance by strengthening team communication, leadership and service-focused skills. Molly has worked in both for-profit and non-profit agencies and has degrees in Training and Organizational Development, Lean Six Sigma, Psychology and Elementary Education.
