Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program
The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education is offering a Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program (VRIP). The VRIP offers monetary incentives for eligible employees who choose to retire. The monetary incentives are based upon years of service and retirement eligibility for all employee groups.
