Session Descriptions:

Abs:30 minutes dedicated to a toned tummy and beautiful back.  Learn effective moves the will give you results without the boring sit-ups.

BODYPUMPTM:BODYPUMPTM is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast! Like all the LES MILLSTM programs, a new BODYPUMPTM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

BENEFITS: Burn up to 600 calories per class for fat loss, improve your strength, improve your general fitness, shape and tone your muscles, improve your bone density, come away feeling strong and confident!


Boot Camp:A total body workout incorporating a full body tone and cardio moves to get your muscles burning and heart pumping. Toning and cardio moves will alternate throughout the entire hour session to keep your heart pumping. Expect great variety and an awesome full body workout!


Cardio Tone:30 minutes of non-stop motion to keep your heart moving, incorporating elements of kickboxing. Finish up by spending 20 minutes on core-strengthening toning.


Core Crunch:30 minutes concentrating on working your abs toward total core strength and stability.


Kettlebells:A kettlebell or "girya" (Russ.) is a cast iron weight that looks similar to a canon ball with a handle. The kettlebell is the ultimate tool for extreme all-around fitness. Through the system of kettlebell training you will develop all-purpose, functional strength, and amplify your resilience to repel the hardest hits of everyday life. No other system of training is as effective as the kettlebell for hacking off unwanted fat and forging a lean, strong body. Get stronger, lift kettlebells!


Kickboxing:An upbeat cardio class that works muscles all over your body to give you a great overall workout! It is a high and low impact class with cardio kickboxing moves to get your heart rate up and burn fat. Get ready for a fun, high energy workout with new moves and great music!


Kick, Punch, & Crunch!:Come prepared for a high intensity class that combines kickbox combinations and traditional cardio moves for a fun and exciting workout!


Pilates:Ready yourself to activate your mind as you exercise, developing an awareness of your body. Pilates can be a wonderful antidote towards achieving an effective and efficient workout that will straighten, strengthen, and stretch your body.


Spin and Tone:A cardio and strength training class based on a variety of resistance and sprint sets on bicycles. Learn combinations of climbs, jumps, and sprints to get your heart rate soaring! Finish with toning that twill work your abs, butt, and arms.


Step & Sculpt:Step and sculpt is a cardio and toning class based on step aerobics and core exercises. This class incorporates dance routines and basic step movements to create a fun and dynamic workout! Come join the fun and feel the burn!


Total Body Tone:A full body workout targeting a number of muscle groups in the body. This workout focuses on your arms, abs, back, and butt! Learn new techniques, proper body alignment, and get introduced to some new equipment! You will be sure to get a great workout!


Zumba:Ditch your traditional workout and come join the party! Zumba is a Latin-Inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! (no dance experience required) Burn up to 1200 calories in this party-like environment!
