Session Descriptions:

Agility & Coordination: This class challenges its participant through the use of agilities and dynamic movements. We will also focus on balance and coordination as a counterpart principle. Cardio, grace & flexibility will be the main components of this workout.

BODYPUMP: BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!  Burn up to 530 calories per class!

Boxing Bootcamp: A high intensity workout that will work every muscle in your body. This class incorporates both strength and cardio exercises to burn maximum calories. Cardio boxing basics, drills, fun partner exercises, weight work, followed by a toning session will be just a few things you can expect in Boxing Bootcamp. Be prepared to sweat!!

Butts, Guts, and Glory: You'll feel glorious after this workout filled with various exercises to help you tone all those trouble spots.  Work on toning your butt, abs, thighs and more during this session.  This class will be full of toning exercises using stability balls, free weights and more to make the workouts new and exciting! Get ready for some serious toning and fun!

30 MAX: Don't let the 30 minutes fool you!! Even though it is a short class, it is sure to leave you exhausted and feeling strong. Primarily using our own body weight, this high energy class will combine cardio and toning moves to strengthen your entire body.

Cardio Dance Party:  A Latin inspired program that is choreographed using interval training so the dance will repeat itself. If you don’t catch on right away, don’t sweat it as long as you’re moving and having fun!

Cardio Kick & Tone: Half hour of cardio work of major muscles incorporating some kickboxing followed by 20 minutes of core toning and strengthening.

Core PLUS: plus is a half hour workout that mainly focuses on abs and back strengthening exercises. The 'plus' signifies a separate body region that we will work on that week which will change often and teach you new ways to build muscle!

Cycling: A cardio and strength training class based on a variety of resistance and sprint sets on bicycles.  Learn combinations of climbs, jumps, and sprints to get your heart rate soaring!

Insane Cardio Core:  A class that incorporates exercises designed to get the heart pumping through 3 levels: light, medium, and hard! Interval training makes this class guaranteed to be effective. The core and cardio is going to be the main focus to give everyone the six-pack they all want. Weights, abs, and kickboxing moves incorporated.

Kettlebells: A kettlebell or "girya" (Russ.) is a cast iron weight that looks similar to a canon ball with a handle. The kettlebell is the ultimate tool for extreme all-around fitness. Through the system of kettlebell training you will develop all-purpose, functional strength, and amplify your resilience to repel the hardest hits of everyday life. No other system of training is as effective as the kettlebell for hacking off unwanted fat and forging a lean, strong body. Get stronger, lift kettlebells!

Kickboxing: An upbeat cardio class that works muscles all over your body to give you a great overall workout! It is a high and low impact class with cardio kickboxing moves to get your heart rate up and burn fat.  Get ready for a fun, high energy workout with new moves and great music!

Kickin' it with Kels: Need a good workout and some anger management? Take it out on the bag! Come join in on a fun and energizing Kickboxing class that will kick your butt while providing you with some stress relief at the same time. This class starts out with basic kickboxing moves, then later combines them so that you can try them out on a punching bag. Circuits are included to keep your heart-rate up and calories burning! If you're looking for a class to wake you up and get you in GREAT toned shape, then come join us! Beginners are always welcomed!

Pilates: A class that promotes awareness of the body and the body-mind connection while toning muscles of the whole body. Come and join the wonderful world of pilates!

Piloxing: Come try the latest Hollywood fitness craze! PILOXING uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibilit of Pilates. It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape!

Power Yoga: A combination of stationary and flow yoga. It will incorporate a series of different poses used to improve strength, balance, and calm your mind. All levels are welcome

Spinners Ride: Ready for a great workout? This will burn calories and keep your muscles in shape! Let’s turn up the music and resistance for a great workout! Ideal for all levels of ability and you can keep your helmet at home!

Step: A fun, upbeat workout that tones your legs and helps to strengthen your core. This class incorporates dance moves and basic step moves into a dynamic workout!

STRIDE: Strength and Toning Real Intense Dance Experience. Exciting aerobics class using cardio dance with body weighted toning exercises. Plus a specific segment dedicated to shaping your abs!

Total Body Tone: A full body workout targeting a number of muscle groups in the body.  This workout focuses on your arms, abs, back, and butt!  Learn new techniques, proper body alignment, and get introduced to some new equipment!

Zumba: Ditch your traditional workout and come join the party! Zumba is a Latin-Inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! (no dance experience required) Burn up to 500-800 calories in this party-like environment!

Zumba Toning: It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use light weightsto enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
